We want you to love your GreenLeaf Labs skincare products.

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to hygiene standards, opened skincare items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they arrive defective or damaged.
